STATE GAME COMMISSION TO MEET IN CHAMA
CHAMA, N.M. – The State Game Commission will meet beginning at 10 a.m. May 6 in a Special Public Session at the Running Elk Lodge in Chama to discuss strategic views, planning needs, commissioner interaction processes, and other matters of general Commission operation. There will be no action items other than to approve minutes and agenda; no other decisions will be made as this meeting is for strategic and operational discussion only. Public attendance and observation is allowed, but there will be no provision for public comment. Individuals wishing to attend should arrive between 9:45 a.m. and noon when gates to the facility will be open. A closed executive session is scheduled for the end of the meeting. A detailed agenda is available on the Department’s web site at www.wildlife.state.nm.us/. The agenda is subject to change up to 24 hours prior to the scheduled meeting date and time as deemed necessary by the chairman.
