New Mexico Fly Fishing

An overview of July 2018 New Mexico-Colorado Fly Fishing Trip. I have been fishing the Rockies since the early 1970’s and due to the drought conditions, this was a very challenging summer. Water flows were low in most places, the fish were easily spooked and dry fly action in the areas I fished was off. Always a pleasure to visit the area and look forward to the summer of 2019. Hopefully the snow pack will return to normal levels. Great running into so many fellow fly fishers during my travels.
